This game is already pretty good, but it could definitely be a lot better. My suggestions are to make it a bit harder to get combo matches, and to have something that rushes the player, like a timer of some sort, so they have to make quick decisions.

TreSensa responds:

Thanks for your feedback, TheComputerHermit :)!

I just hear annoying noises, and I can only see a yellow square.

stewardhklarlover responds:

You hit the wrong box. Instead of hitting the black box, try a different approach...the yellow square is the Sunshine Screen. That shows that you made the wrong choice.

There's nothing wrong necessarily with the game, but I do have a few gripes:
1. This type of game has been done COUNTLESS times. In order to make your game stand out, you need to really do something with it that can be considered unique or different from the norm if you want people to really like it and choose it over another game of the same type.
2. There's no menu screen or any type of instructions. You start playing the game immediately when it's done loading.
3. There's no sound of any sort.
4. There's no reward or reason to keep on playing other than a high score that also isn't beneficial to the player. You just shoot stuff until either you die, or the timer runs out.

DylanBannan responds:

Forgot this shows up for everyone, had to do groupwork for a class and didn't have time to put anything good together. Wasn't sure how to make this game private but oh well.

I dont understand the point of this thing. Sorry.

Wafflewhale responds:

The point? It was an idea prancing around and singing at the top of its lungs within my mind--begging to exist in the real world. So I let it out. :)

Fine tune the graphics a bit, pick less annoying music ;), fix the glitch where the ball goes through the moving platforms, and this game will be awesome.

ovski responds:

:) I was asked for music in my first game, so I opened Garage Band on my mac. I knew this is a bad idea :D
Where did the ball go through the plattforms? That never happend to me except the catapult. It's kinda buggy.

I normally hate when people put up copies of other games on this site, but this appears to be more of an adaptation, based off of my very limited memory of what the original site was like, so thats ok. The game wasnt very graphically appealing, and theres no music or anything like that to keep the player engaged. Add some cool graphics or something to the background, and some cool audio.

ovski responds:

Honestly I'm not sure if it was a good idea to create such a "remake", but the program logic was quite challenging and as such a good exercise.
Thank you for your review, I'm going create an updated version.

Theres very little room for the character to move around, so thats a problem when you have many aliens coming after you at the same time.

TRCA responds:

Thats what made it challenging, its absoulutely not meant to be easy.

This game couldve been AWESOME if there was just a bit more you could do with the game, like talk to the others in the game.

IndieBard responds:

That's an interesting idea. As mentioned to CielComplex, I didn't really have time for flourishes in the initial 10 Days, but that would have been a good one if I had. Thanks for the suggestion!

This game although very graphically appealing, doesnt really have much challenging aspects to it.

apachecd responds:

Thank you for review, We are working on it. The challenging steps needs more time.

The music really clashes with itself, and Im pretty sure its taking a riff from a Skyrim song XD. The game itself could be better if it was WAY longer and had more levels.

starwarsguy789 responds:

i am updating it frquently adding new stuff and adding new levels and im working on 2 games at the same time and the clashing when you win is a bug (btw its a 8 bit remix of skyrim i found made for a nes so it can not do the clashing thing)

I love to program, do walkthroughs(AKA Let's Plays) of games on my Youtube channel, voice act, and make music. Oh God, I didn't realize how much of a hipster I am until I wrote that. No. NO. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
